These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Latrixel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Latrixel mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
"User Content" means any content you create, upload, post, send, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to: text posts (Buzzes), anonymous posts, confession posts, comments, voice notes, images, videos, status updates, channel posts, group messages, direct messages, profile information, spotlight content, and marketplace listings.
By posting User Content, you grant Latrixel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and Latrixel's business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
This license exists only for as long as your content is on the Service. When you delete your content, the license terminates, except where your content has been shared by others or where retention is required for legal purposes.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Latrixel does not claim ownership of any content you post. However, by posting content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the license above and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

Users can report content or accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting us at appeals@latrixel.com. We will review appeals in good faith but our decision is final.
Latrixel provides a marketplace where users can browse and purchase products. Latrixel acts as a platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.
If you list products for sale, you are responsible for:
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product listings carefully before purchasing. Latrixel is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by third-party sellers.
The following items may not be listed on the marketplace: illegal goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and any items prohibited by applicable law.
NeoMesh allows users to communicate without an internet connection by utilizing the Bluetooth hardware of your device to form a decentralized mesh network.
By enabling NeoMesh features, you agree that your device may act as a relay node for encrypted network packets from other users. This process is automatic and encrypted; you cannot read relayed content, and we do not store relayed content on our servers. You acknowledge that this may consume a minor amount of device battery and standard resource overhead.
You agree to use NeoMesh transition features only for lawful communication. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of P2P networking complies with local regulations. Anonymity provided by mesh networking does not grant immunity from our Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
Because NeoMesh relies on the physical proximity of other users and their hardware availability, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, message delivery speed, or network reliability for offline features.
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Latrixel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LATRIXEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Latrixel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property, data security, or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Latrixel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
