Zero Tolerance: Latrixel has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers minors. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone, especially children.
1. Our Commitment
Latrixel is dedicated to protecting minors from exploitation, abuse, and harmful content. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and collaborate with relevant authorities and organizations globally to prevent the spread of harmful material involving children.
2. Prohibited Content
The following activities and content are strictly prohibited on Latrixel and will result in an immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, sharing, or promoting any visual depictions of the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Solicitation of Minors: Attempting to contact, communicate with, or solicit minors for sexual purposes or any other harmful activity.
- Grooming behaviors: Any behavior intended to establish a relationship with a minor to lower their inhibitions or prepare them for abuse.
- Endangerment: Content that encourages minors to engage in dangerous activities, self-harm, or illegal acts.
3. Detection and Moderation
We use a combination of automated technologies and human review to identify and remove prohibited content:
- Hash-matching: We use industry-standard hashes to identify known CSAM.
- Proactive Scanning: Our systems scan for keywords and patterns associated with grooming and exploitation.
- User Reporting: We provide prominent reporting tools for users to flag content or profiles that appear to violate our child safety standards.
- Human Review: All reported content related to child safety is prioritized and reviewed by trained moderation staff.
4. Reporting and Collaboration
We take our responsibility to report child safety violations seriously:
- NCMEC Reporting: We report all identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with U.S. law.
- Law Enforcement: We cooperate with local and international law enforcement agencies by providing information pursuant to valid legal process or in emergency situations.
- Industry Partnerships: We work with other technology companies and safety organizations to share best practices and technical signals to improve child safety across the internet.
5. Resources for Parents and Guardians
We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their children's online activities. While Latrixel is intended for users 13 and older, we provide features to help keep everyone safe:
- Blocking and Muting: Tools to control who can communicate with you.
- Privacy Settings: Options to limit visibility of your posts and profile.
- Report Tools: Easy access to report harmful behavior.
6. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that concerns child safety, please take the following steps:
